I like the 2nd hat best. The leopard print ribbon is a nice touch (is that leopard print?). It seems like the perfect hat any chic woman would take on safari. She's even showing us how it would look if you were to peer down from on top of your elephant.
I especially like the chin strap on the bottom picture. :) But agree with you, first is best.
